Our factory trained staff can provide cost saving technical information to help keep your equipment up and running.  B & G Technical assistance is provided to our customers, their service technicians, or maintenance department upon request.

REPLACEMENT PARTS 
Our inventory of OEM replacement parts for the equipment we distribute is the most complete in the Mid-South. Emergency replacement parts are available for pick-up around the clock, or can be at your jobsite the next day by UPS or Fed-Ex.

WARRANTY SERVICE
B & G is the only wholesale distributor in the Mid-South that maintains a data base of nationwide contracted service companies to provide warranty and emergency service on equipment purchased through our company.  When equipment in a remote location needs service, we can help you contact a qualified service organization to complete the repairs.
